Each credit is equivalent to an automatic message sent through the WhatsApp Cloud API: a confirmation when booking or a prior reminder. Manual submissions from your own WhatsApp do not consume credits.
The included balance is renewed monthly. If you need to exceed 100 messages, you can add extra packages without changing plans.
There are 100 automatic messages per month sent from the official integration: confirmations and reminders. A message accepted by Meta consumes one credit.
Do manual reminders consume credits?
No. Opening WhatsApp and sending a message manually does not deduct credits.
What happens if they end?
Automatic shipments are paused until monthly renewal or until you add extra credits. Automatic charges are never generated without your authorization.
About online payments
The FREE plan commission is deducted from each deposit or payment processed. PLUS and PRO do not pay commission to TurnosDisponibles. Mercado Pago's own costs are charged separately.
